Equipment Compatibility

Works with what you already have in the cab.

You already spent money on a display terminal. Soilynx’s prescription files load directly into the terminal you’re already running. No new hardware. No new display. No re-training your operator.

Compatible display terminals

Per-terminal notes on how to load prescription files. If you don’t see your exact model, check the firmware version — any ISOXML-compliant terminal works with Soilynx files.

John Deere 2630

Load via USB drive. Create TASKDATA folder at drive root. Place ISOXML .xml file inside. On terminal: Run Setup → Work Setup → Import Maps. Select TASKDATA folder. Compatible firmware: 2.x and above.

John Deere 4640 / 4240

Supports direct Operations Center sync over WiFi. Also accepts USB ISOXML. On Operations Center: Machine → Downloads → Select fields → Choose prescription map → Send to machine. Requires JD Operations Center account (separate from Soilynx).

Trimble TMX-2050

Load .agdata file via USB. From home screen: Tasks → Import Task. Select the .agdata file from USB. Prescription activates when task is started. Requires Trimble Ag Software connected account for cloud sync option.

CNH AFS Pro 1200

Load via AFS Connect or USB card reader. ISOXML format supported. Go to Field Docs → Work Orders → Import. Select the XML file from the USB storage. Applies to Case IH and New Holland terminals running AFS.

AgLeader InCommand 1200

Load .ilf file via USB. SMS Desktop or SMS Advanced import supported. From InCommand: Guidance → Map View → Import Prescription → Select .ilf file. Compatible with AgLeader SMS crop insurance and documentation workflow.

Raven Viper 4 / Viper 4+

Load via USB from Raven VRC format. From Viper 4: Field Computer → Mapping → Rx Map → Import. Works with Raven Cruizer II and Envizio Pro terminals running Raven firmware 2.9+.

Import historical data from your existing platforms

You may already have years of yield maps, field boundaries, and soil tests in an existing farm data platform. Soilynx can import from those sources — grounding your prescriptions in your actual field history, not just current-season satellite passes. Import is one-directional: Soilynx pulls your historical data in, but does not push your field data back to Climate FieldView or its parent company.

John Deere Operations Center

Two-way sync. Import historical yield maps, field boundaries, and soil test data from Operations Center. Export completed Soilynx prescriptions directly to your JD 4640/4240 display via Operations Center push.

Import: boundaries, yield maps, soil tests Export: prescription maps to JD terminals

Climate FieldView

Import field boundaries and historical yield map data from your FieldView account. Note: This is import-only for historical data. Soilynx processes that data but does not share your field data back to FieldView or its parent company.

Import only: boundaries + yield maps

REST API access

Precision Grower and Advisor Pro plans include API access. Agronomists and co-ops use the API to pull prescription files programmatically for multi-farm workflows, white-label reports, and custom automation.

JSON + GeoJSON responses Field CRUD Prescription export Webhook notifications

Soil test lab direct import

Import CSV exports from commercial soil test labs including SSA (Soil Science America), Midwest Laboratories, and A&L Great Lakes. Standard CSV with lat/long + nutrient values loads directly — no reformatting required.

Supported soil sensor hardware

If you already have probes in the ground, Soilynx can pull from them automatically via manufacturer cloud API or manual CSV export. If you’re installing new probes, Soilynx recommends placement locations based on your NDVI variance and yield stability zone map — so sensors go where field variability is highest, not on a uniform grid.

Campbell Scientific

CS655, CS650, CS616 TDR probes. Data logger integration via CampbellSci API or direct datalogger CSV export. 15-minute or hourly data frequency supported.

Meter Group (Decagon)

TEROS 12, TEROS 21, and 5TM probes. Meter Cloud account sync via API key. TEROS 12 provides VWC, temperature, and EC in a single probe at each depth.

Stevens Water / AquaSpy / Sentek

Hydra Probe II, AquaSpy full-profile tube sensors, and Sentek Drill & Drop probes. Data import via manufacturer cloud API or manual CSV export.
